Dowagiac Housing Initiative

  • Purpose: This project would fund the Dowagiac Housing Initiative to improve neighborhoods and update the quality of housing for low-to-moderate income homeowners. The funding would also cover demolition expenses of homes that are vacant and blighted.

Phoenix Center Renovation

  • Recipient Name: City of Pontiac
  • Project Purpose: This funding would be used to restore the facility for public use and enjoyment and to promote economic development in the downtown district. Specific uses include structural and access repairs, roof and elevator replacements, electrical equipment improvements, and ADA compliance upgrades.

South Westnedge Avenue Reconstruction

Traverse City Sewer and Water Facility Improvements to Support Affordable Housing Development

  • Project Purpose: This project would fund the development of a sewer and water facility to support a much needed residential housing development to serve low and moderate income tribal members facing difficulties securing affordable housing, overcrowding or homelessness in Grand Traverse County.

Ypsilanti Train Station

  • Recipient Name: City of Ypsilanti
  • Project Purpose: To construct a new platform to re-establish a scheduled Amtrak stop on the Wolverine Line along the live track in Depot Town, City of Ypsilanti, Michigan.
