“We’ve been working around the clock to get Michigan the federal resources needed to fight the COVID-19 outbreak. We know there are a number of questions about what help is available and how to get assistance during this crisis. We are looking forward to answering your questions during the Thursday town hall and we thank the broadcasters who are providing this public service. We hope you will tune in either on TV or online,” said the Senators.
The town hall will be hosted by Detroit news anchors Carolyn Clifford (WXYZ-TV), Huel Perkins (WJBK-TV) and Devin Scillian (WDIV-TV). Each of those three stations will offer opportunities to its viewers to submit questions for the Senators online that each anchor will ask during the broadcast.
The town hall will also be available on clickondetroit.com, fox2detroit.com and wxyz.com and streaming platforms such as Roku, Amazon (Fire) TV, Apple TV, Android TV and Facebook Live.
